The Lancasters was originally an elegant parade of 15 magnificent stucco-fronted Grade II listed houses dating from around 1850  and is the longest retained period facade in Europe.  AIS worked alongside leading developers, architects and interior designers on this landmark development of 75 apartments and 2 houses overlooking Hyde Park.  Each home designed incorporated the grandeur of the  traditional architecture with brand new  design and construction.

Each apartment fitted with sophisticated technology including a comfort cooling, heating system and whole house ventilation providing  filtered fresh air, all are wired for sound throughout, with each room having an audio keypad to control volume and source in addition to a computerised lighting control system.   Due to the high levels of single glazing on the south elevation, careful detailing and construction was required to avoid cold bridging and condensation.  Residents also benefit from leisure facilities including a gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, as well as security, underground parking and concierge.
